Lisa Dobbins ~ Lisa and her husband Todd opened The Flower Pot in April 2003. She worked in two flower shops before they opened their own and started in the floral industry when she was 15.
Easton Dobbins ~ Easton is Lisa and Todd's wonderful 4 year old. He started coming to the shop when he was 17 days old. He can be found at the shop playing, alerting us when customers arrive, or making arrangements when he isn't in preschool. You should really stop by and see him, he has some of the most hilarious things to say.
Archer Dobbins - Now 3 months old is the newest member to our team who actually made his debut at the shops at 10 days old. He is a major cutie who looks so much like his older brother. It's hard to believe but with both boys at the shop the entertainment value is even higher now.
Mary Anne Vaughn ~ The sweetest florist you will ever meet! Mary Anne has worked in the floral industry for many years. She is talented beyond her years and keeps us filled with bakery treats. Easton calls her Mimi.
Lynn Liken ~ Lynn has literally worked in a florist her entire life. Her Mother started Northside Flower Shop which became a staple in the New River Valley years ago. After selling her shop she decided she still wanted to work with flowers with out the added pressures of owning a shop. She can make anything and knows all the tricks of the trade.
Melody Blose ~ Melody worked in several shops in New York State before she moved to Draper, VA. She is very organized and keeps us in order. She also makes the best chicken salad with her homage squash relish! Easton calls her Auntie M.
Brian Healey ~ Brian is one of the best delivery drivers we have ever had. Timely and accurate he makes deliveries with ease. He knows all the best routes to get from A to B and appears as if he grow up in the industry although he did not.
